Bio in brief
Tinashe Kondo is a lecturer in the Department of Mercantile and Labour Law at the University of the Western Cape and an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He earned his doctoral degree in Investment Law in 2018 and proceeded to undertake a postdoctoral fellowship in Constitutional Revolutions. Through these endeavours, he has published in many areas including Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Cyber Law and Investment Law. He is also supervising students and undergraduate, masters and doctoral levesl in a number of areas including Labour Law. He brings to this projects his insights into Labour Law and expertise in Cyberlaw.
